酒店位置在十勝大平原十三号温泉站，距離大平原中心酒店有少少距離，因此强烈選擇一泊兩食，除非閣下有私家車，最近的便利店和日本拉麵店在刨井酒店附近，步行要半小時左右，天氣下雪在加一点時間，酒店早餐是自助，晚餐是小火鍋定食都幾好食，服務方便店員只能講日文，所以我一早翻譯的文字在紙上，交通方面在帶廣乘45号巴士。整體大

飯店人員親切有禮非常友善，溫泉很不錯，房間整潔與乾淨，房間裡的設備也很新㯋，晚餐豐盛美味吃的非常飽，早餐菜色雖然不多，但是非常好吃，讓我留下愉快的住宿回憶。

這間溫泉飯店應該是十勝川溫泉區性價比很高的飯店，飯店大眾溫泉很不錯，房間也非常整潔與乾淨，有付免費停車場，早餐雖然選擇不多但非常好吃。我非常推薦這間溫泉飯店。

Friendly and accommodating staff. The public bath was very nice...inside/outside arrangement. Note: only a few rooms had western style beds. Most of the rooms were tatami mats and bedding for the floor, a unique and enjoyable experience.

星系写真の撮影のために急遽予約したのですが、部屋のアレンジや食事の好き嫌いまで、細かい所までサポート頂きました。対応の柔軟性が素晴らしかったです。豚が苦手だったのですが、夕食のなベを海鮮に変えて頂き、ありがたい限りです。 展望台から四方が見渡せ、周辺撮影のロケーション選びのやくにたちました。 帯広駅から路線バスで25分程度(料金500円)でしたが、バスの本数はそれ程多い訳ではないので注意が必要かと。

長期旅行の際に利用させて頂きました。 お部屋に着くと、手書きのメッセージが机に置いてあり嬉しかったです。フロントの方の対応もとても親切で、晩ご飯を食べる所に困っていると地図付きで教えてくださいました。ホテルロビー内に牛乳を飲める場所があるのは北海道ならではですね。美味しかったです。 ただチェックインの際にフロントの方からも説明はあったのですが、露天風呂のお湯の温度が低かったのが、少しだけ残念ではありました。

サウナ施設が浴室内にあると利用しやすいと思います。今回、露天風呂を通ってのサウナ施設へは、夕方で気温が少し肌寒かったので、利用を遠慮しました。 また、うたせ湯の温度が低く過ぎました。夏場の暑い時期は、ちょうどいいかもしれませんが、今回利用させてもらった時は、体が冷えてしまいました。三ヶ所あるうちの、一ヶ所だけでもお湯の温度が、調節できればありがたいです。 全体的に、広い浴槽に程よい洗い場が掃除が行き届いていて、気持ち良く利用できました。
